Klara Adalena started Wild Wise Woman and guides the workshops and training programs. Klara is initiated into the path of the priestess. She is also a psychotherapist and holds a PhD in physics.

My call

"What really thrilled me about the feminine mystical path were the breathtaking encounters with the Goddess. I felt my life expand. Before, I worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the university. The feeling of not truly living my life grew stronger and I decided to give up my career, not knowing what would follow. On this breaking point, now twenty years ago, I travelled to the Himalaya's. There between the snow-capped mountaintops I was touched by a presence that changed my life. I realized I had felt the hand of the Goddess. From that moment on I started listening to my heart and following my spiritual journey. From all the paths that were available, my choice for the priestess path emerged ever more clearly. I had done away with all models and this path worked just from being, without any models. The path adjusted to me, instead of me having to adjust to the path. I call myself a priestess now, even though I struggled with the term in the beginning. Yet now I feel it really fits me."

Who is Klara Adalena?
A woman with a soul's destiny

Klara Adalena was born in The Netherlands in 1957. She is initiated into the path of the priestess and stands in a long line of wild wise women going back to the ancient goddess traditions. She feels it is her soul's destiny to guide women on their own path of initiation in order to deepen and shape their own wild and wise powers. To that purpose she has dedicated her life.

Klara has studied physics, has a PhD and has worked several years as a post-doctoral researcher at the university of Amsterdam. From her background as a physicist she combines an innate intuition with clarity and sense of structure. Klara sees you and your potential. Lovingly she holds up a mirror and invites you to look inside. She brings you insight and confidence about your own greatness. Klara possesses a keen insight in the dynamics between women. From her experience as a psychotherapist she goes beyond existing patterns and discloses deeper layers both in you and the group, resulting in profound growth, transformation and healing. Klara takes being a woman to a new level: spiritual, feminine, and earthed. She is much loved for her light and warmth.

To Klara everything revolves around being. This means accepting and putting into motion. You will feel propelled by her vibrant energy and her confidence that the impossible is possible. She creates a safe haven where everything is allowed to be as it is. This results in loving acceptance, both of our pleasant and unpleasant sides, which is the basis of true personal healing.

Klara has widened her horizons in many fields and continues to deepen and expand her knowledge of rituals, women, the earth and the path of initiation. Presently she is fascinated by the phenomenon of dance as a means to experience the soul in the body.
