A temple is a place where you communicate with the divine. Something inside you knows your body is also a temple. Within it you will find the feminine divine that will make you whole: wild, wise and woman.
This 3 day workshop is a journey towards the feminine divine through dance. For if your body is the temple, then dance is the worship. Wild Wise Woman's many years of experience create a comfortable and safe foundation, quickly making you feel at home. It is a setting where miracles are there for the asking. Apart from dancing we also spend time in meditation, ritual, sharing and healing.
Meeting the wild wise woman
Deep joy and sparkling light
In dance the wild, the wise and the womanly meet. Dance invites you to surrender and let go. It opens the path of your heart. Memories of your sacred body are awakened within your cells. You may start to whirl like a sufi dervish, or start expressing the ancient movements of the African dancers or the sensual pelvis tilts of the belly dance. Energy flows from your lower to your higher chakra's. Deep joy and sparkling light are released. Your feet are rooted in the earth, your head spires towards the heavens: a wild wise woman.
Growth through Being
You and the Goddess are one
In the dance we go beyond methods. You're dancing from pure Being and experience the paradox of growth: by accepting What Is you create a space where everything becomes possible. this style is closely related to biodanza and 5 rhythms. Influences of shamanism are very apparent. In this sacred space whatever was closed or cut off inside you becomes jubilant and pulsating with life-energy. For a precious moment you and the Goddess are one - a life-changing experience and a new sense of direction.
Requirements?
Your body is your guide
Dancing experience isn't required, nor is being in good physical shape. Your own body is your guide and each body has its own limitations and possibilities. By accepting that you open up the gates.
