I have let go of so much- can there be more?
In the ritual for the womb I discover I can finally let go of my mind. Literally I let my head rest on the Earth. Relief flows into me. This opens the way for more to follow:
I let go of the idea that I need to sit still in meditation.
I let go of the idea that I need to be on guard.
And suddenly the sacred feminine is there, surrounding me, blessing me, holding me.
