I feel my breath, my feet, and I allow the energy of the earth to flow through me. I dance. My eyes are closed, I am whole with myself.
Just this is actually super intense. The energy of the earth becomes a volcano. Can I handle it?
I feel my breath, my feet, my spine, my pelvis, my heart.
I feel the energy up in my crown chakra and back down to my the ground, my feet. I feel my breath.
Over and over.
I feel my heart, how she longs for contact..
A split second I open my eyes, see the other, feel her presence a blissful moment.
My longing flows into merging I lose myself.
I go back to my feet, my breath, the earth. I find myself again.
