When life disappoints you it is easy to blame yourself or somebody else, and to sink into depression, anger of desperation. Things are not as you had hoped. But are they going wrong? Is the vision of your ego right? Listen to your body carefully. maybe there is also joy, relief, space. Can you allow yourself to feel that? This is what Rumi gave me

but you have not heard.
jealousy has changed to love.
Do you have any love left?
The moon has opened its face
and its wings made of light.
borrow eyes to see this,
if yours cannot.

and straight to the Kaaba.

on a donkey, or heading off
